I was informed that my reward was delivered, but I couldn't find my payment. Where is my payment?

Booster payments happen automatically and are sent one of two ways: direct deposit or gift card.

Direct deposit payments are sent to the account linked to your SteadyApp account. We cannot send payments to some accounts like Paypal. Direct deposit payments can take 1-3 days to complete after we have initiated the payment process. If for some reason a connection error should occur and this payment type cannot be completed, a gift card will be automatically sent instead to ensure no further delay of payment. We cannot cancel or void a gift card payment once sent and attempt another deposit. 

Gift card payments are delivered to the email address you created your SteadyApp account with. Please check your inbox history and spam for this email from Prizeout, our vendor who fulfills and manages our gift card payments. Prizeout offers a marketplace of retailers for whom you can redeem your gift card for.
