You can always reach out to our team to ask about the status of any Boosters you have in progress. Please let us know which Booster(s) you completed when you submit a request.
If you are unsure about the status of your booster, please provide us with the following:
- A screenshot confirming the date your Booster account was created. This may be a welcome/confirmation email (with the email date included) or an in-app screenshot of an account creation date.
- A screenshot confirming the Booster’s qualifying event. This may be a minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, or required action within the Booster partner platform.
